Brendan Powers

Junior men's cross country co-captain Brendan Powers finished in 33rd place and first among the Bantam runners in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Championship Meet with a time of 27:45 over 8,000 meters. Powers has Trinity's top time of the fall at 25:27 in a 22nd-place performance in the Shriner's Invitational at Mass.- Dartmouth and earned a season-best finish of 10th place at the season-opening Trinity Invitational. He has also earned All-New England, All-ECAC, and All-NESCAC honors and All-American accolades in the relays for the Bantam track and field squads. A graduate of Masconomet High School in his native Massachusetts, Powers is majoringin economics at Trinity. He is the son of Bernadette Powers.
