Trinity Baseball Wins At Bowdoin In NESCAC Opener

Orono, Maine - The Trinity College Bantam baseball team defeated the Bowdoin College Polar Bears, 5-3, on Friday afternoon in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) East-opening contest for both squads.   The Bantams, ranked No. 4 in the nation, improve to 10-2, while the Polar Bears dip to 10-9. The game was played at Mahaney Diamond on the campus of the University of Maine due to unplayable field conditions in Brunswick.
