Fifth-year senior...two-year starter at safety...2nd on team in pass breakups in 2008...blocked a field goal try and returned it 54 yards and had a 36-yard interception return for a TD last fall...tied for the team lead in interceptions in 2006 and 2007...transferred to Trinity in 2006 after one season at Fordham University...two-year captain and an all-county selection in high school...part of a division championship and two state championship teams in high school...also starred scholastically in ice hockey and baseball...prepped for a year at the Canterbury School where was all-league and All-New England...majoring in history...son of Fran and Lou Marinelli.
