    Hartford, Conn. - Trinity College senior K Eric Sachse (Jefferson, Mass.) was selected as the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Football Special Teams Player of the Week and Bantam junior QB Jordan Vazzano (Trumbull, Conn.) was honored as the NESCAC Offensive Co-Player of the Week for their tremendous play in the Bantams' home-opening, 59-16 win against Bates on Saturday.

    Hartford, Conn. – Junior QB Jordan Vazzano (Trumbull, Conn.) threw for 353 yards and five touchdowns and ran for a sixth score to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 59-16 victory over the visiting Bates College Bobcats in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) football action this afternoon at Jessee/Miller Field.

Sophomore women's soccer goalie Taylor O'Connor (Danvers, Mass.) and senior football tri-captain RB Max Chipouras (Longmeadow, Mass.) have been named as the Bantams of the Week.

    Hartford, Conn. - The Trinity College football team, which won its season opener, 35-0, at Colby on Saturday, will play its first home game of the fall against Bates College on Saturday, September 22 at 1 p.m. Trinity, under the direction of Head Coach Jeff Devanney (13th season, 85-13), are looking for their 22nd-straight win against a Bates squad that dropped its opener at Amherst, 17-9, playing its first game under new head coach Malik Hall.

    Waterville, Maine - Senior RB Max Chipouras (Longmeadow, Mass.) had 173 yards rushing and three touchdowns while sophomore WR Jonathan Girard (Poughkeepsie, N.Y.) finished with 166 receiving yards and two touchdowns to lead the Trinity College football team to a season-opening 35-0 win over Colby College on Saturday at Harold Alfond Stadium.

The Bantams look to win their third-straight New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) title this fall and open the season on September 15 at Colby as the No. 29 ranked team in the country in the College Football America 2018 Yearbook Division III Pre-Season Poll.

    Hartford, Conn. - The Trinity College football team, led by Head Coach Jeff Devanney (13th Season), is ranked No. 29 nationally in the College Football America 2018 Yearbook Division III Pre-Season Poll.  The Bantams finished the 2017 campaign with an 8-1 record to win their second straight conference crown and finished ranked as the No. 1 team in all of New England while boasting a league-best 14 All-New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) selections.
