Trinity Golf Finishes Seventh At NYU/Manhattanville Invitational
Mamaroneck, N.Y. - Junior tri-captain Dante Ambrogio (Wethersfield, Conn.) tied for sixth place overall, as the Trinity College Bantams finished seventh as a team in the NYU/Manhattanville Spring Invitational at Hampshire Country Club this weekend.
Ambrogio shot a 76 in the first round on Saturday followed by a 77 in the second for an overall score of 153, which was just 5 strokes behind the victor. Trinity first-year John Bandera (Pembroke, Mass.) shot a 159 to tie for 21st place. As a team, Trinity totaled a score of 641, which was 20 strokes behind first place Skidmore.
