Trinity Golf Ties For 16th In Towson University Spring Invitational

Graysonville, Md. - Sophomore Jack Junge (Winnetka, Ill.) tied for 34th place with a two-day score of 152, as the Trinity College Bantams tied Long Island University-Brooklyn for 16th-place with a team total of 622 in the Towson University Spring Invitational at Prospect Bay Country Club.  In a field of 21 teams, including 17 Division I institutions, Trinity was 35 strokes shy of first-place Elon and nine strokes better than Division II Indiana Universty (Pennsylvania) in 18th place. 

Junge improved two shots from Saturday to Sunday, shooting a 77 in yesterday's round and a 75 today.  Bantam sophomore Will Rosenfield (Baltimore, Md.) shot a 76 on Saturday and a 79 today to tie several other for 50th place at 155, and classmate Taylor Kay-Green (Needham, Mass.) tied for 59th-place place with a two-round tally of 159.
