Trinity Golf Completes Fall Campaign With Second-Place Finish At Ekwanok Tourney

Manchester, Vt.- The Trinity College Bantams closed out the 2017 fall golf season with a second-place finish and team score of 435 in the Ekwanok College Tournament at Ekwanok Country Club. Williams College edged by the Bantams by two strokes with a winning score of 433, while Middlebury College finished in third place with a score of 454 followed by Hamilton in fourth place with a score of 463.

Individually, Trinity senior captain Nate Choukas (Hanover, N.H.) led the Bantam squad and finished in first place overall with an impressive score of 67. Junior Will Rosenfield (Baltimore, Md.) finished close behind Choukas in second place with a score of 69, while junior Joseph Ladd (San Francisco, Calif.) shot a 71 and finished in fourth place. Jack Junge (Winnetka, Ill.), Taylor Kay-Green (Needham, Mass.), Kole Kelly (Belmont, Mass.), Ricky Leme (Lake Villa, Ill.), and Cam Chottiner (Houston, Texas) also competed for Trinity. The Bantams look forward to the spring season as they prepare to host the NESCAC Championship Tournament in April.
