Trinity Men's Rowing Finishes Second at Head of the Charles
Cambridge, Mass. - The Trinity College Bantam men's varsity eight crew finished second and the Bantam women's varsity eight placed third in the College Eights races of the Head of the Charles Regatta this weekend on the Charles River. The Trinity men posted a second-place time of 15:12.42, which was less than a full second behind first-place Williams College at 15:11.49 and 1.07 ahead of third-place Brock University of Ontario, Canada at 15:13.43. The Bantam women recorded a time of 17:32.87, as Trinity finished behind first-place Williams College and second-place Bates College. The Bantam men's fours also came in second place, finishing 0.8 seconds behind Michigan with a time of 16:27.28.
