Trinity Men's Rowing Wins Race Against Bates, Ithaca, Vassar, & WPI
Worcester, Mass. - The Trinity College Bantam men's varsity eight crew finished first in a five-boat race hosted by Worcester Tech on Lake Quinsigamond this afternoon. The Bantams posted a time of 6:00.0, which was 3.65 seconds faster than second-place Bates. Ithaca, Worcester Tech, and Vassar followed in third, fourth and fifth, respectively. Trinity's second and third varsity eights and its novice eight crew also won races, while the Bantam varsity four finished second behind Division I New Hampshire with a time of 7:05.23.
