Kevin MacDermott begins his first season as the Trinity College Head Men's Rowing Coach and his fourth season with the program, after serving as novice coach for the last three seasons. Following graduation from Wesleyan University in 2002, where he was a four-year letterwinner and served as captain his senior year, MacDermott served as assistant coach for four years.

In addition to his coaching and recruiting duties, Kevin also serves as senior associate director of the sculling program at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center.  Kevin resides in West Hartford with his wife, Janel.
