Trinity Men's Squash Blanks Wesleyan And Middlebury To Advance To NESCAC Finals For 11th Time In A Row

Amherst, Mass. - The top-seeded Trinity College Bantams won all 18 individual matches by a 3-0 score to blank the No. 8-seeded Wesleyan University Cardinals and the No. 4-seeded Middlebury College Panthers, 9-0, each and advance to the finals of the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Men's Squash Championship Tournament this afternoon at Davenport Courts on the campus of Amherst College.  Trinity, ranked No. 2 in the nation, advances to the NESCAC Finals for the 11th consecutive season and will face the No. 2-seeded Bates College Bobcats tomorrow at 3 p.m.  Trinity has won all 10 NESCAC titles since the inception of the tournament in 2007. Trinity sophomore Nku Patrick (San Fernando, Trinidad) allowed only six points in the Wesleyan match. Against Middlebury, sophomoore Thoboki Mohohlo (Hartford, Conn.) gave up only seven points for the Bantams.
