Trinity Men's Swimming and Diving Picks up Convincing Win Over Elms


Hartford, Conn. - Individuals from the Trinity College Bantams men's and women's swimming and diving teams combined for 20 of 32 first place finishes as the men defeated the Elms College by a score of 170.00 to 94.00 this evening.

Sophomore Dan Remigino (Wethersfield, Conn.) broke the school and pool records in the 100-yard IM and finished first in the 50-yard Breaststroke (27.97).  Sophomore C.J. Murdoch (Gladwyne, Penn.) took first in the 1000-yard freestyle (10:32.55) and the 100-yard freestyle (50.95) and first-year Adam Eramo (Rowley, Mass.) took first in the 200-yard freestyle (1:53.62) and in the 500-yard freestyle (5:21.50) to lead the Bantams.

Sophomore Nick Whitman (Florence, Mass.) and junior Mike Starke (Chicopee, Mass.) took two first place finishes apiece to lead the Elms men.
