Trinity Men's Tennis Cruises To Third Straight Win


Hartford, Conn. -  The Trinity College Bantams defeated the Connecticut College Camels with a 5-0 victory in New England Small Athletic Conference men's tennis action this afternoon.  Trinity, No. 5 in the Northeast and No. 12 in the nation, improves to 4-2 on the season, while the Camels fall to 5-4 on the season.  The match was called early due to rain.

Trinity senior co-captain David Yahng (Hong Kong, China) did not allow a single point in the No. 3 match against freshman Jeffrey Weisenberger (Wayne, N.J), winning 6-0, 6-0.  Trinity senior co-captain Gautam Samarth (Pune, India) defeated senior David Kellogg (Kula, Hawaii) 6-0, and 6-2. The Bantams have not allowed a single point in their last three matches.
