Trinity Men's Tennis Falls To Top-Ranked Amherst

Hartford, Conn. - The Trinity College Bantams lost, 9-0, to the visiting Amherst College Lord Jeffs in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) men's tennis action this afternoon at Assaiante Center.  Trinity, ranked No. 7 in New England and No. 24 in the nation, drops to 9-6 overall and 5-3 in the NESCAC.  Trinity rookies Ilya Levin (Wellesley, Mass.) and Ned Mandel (Chevy Chase, Md.) put up the toughest fight for the home team, dropping an 8-6 decision at third doubles.
