Trinity Men's Tennis Suffers Upset Loss to Wesleyan

Hartford, Conn. - Sam Rudovsky teamed with Zach Brint for an 8-5 win at No. 1 doubles, then survived a third-set match point and rallied for a win in the third set for a 6-2, 4-6, 7-5 singles win at the third position to clinch a 5-4 Wesleyan University Cardinal victory over the host Trinity College Bantams in a New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) men's tennis match this afternoon at Assaiante Center.  Trinity, ranked No. 8 in the Northeast, falls to 5-6 overall and 1-3 in the NESCAC, while the Cardinals improve to 3-8 overall and 1-3 in the league while snapping a 10-game losing streak against the Bantams.
