Trinity Men's Track Finishes 14th in CTC Meet, Relay Takes 5th at BU
Boston, Mass. - The Trinity College Bantam distance medley relay team finished fifth with a time of 10:00.18, as the Bantams competed in the Valentine Men's Indoor Track and Field Invitational at Boston University on Friday. The foursome improved on its NCAA-qualifying time from earlier this winter. Also this weekend, the Bantams competed in the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Indoor Championships at Yale University, finishing 14th as a team. Sophomore Michael Goulet (Glastonbury, Conn.) highlighted that meet with a third-place toss of 47'07.00" in the weight throw and a fourth-place heave of 45'03.75" in the shot put. Freshman Chance Jennings (Roxbury, Conn.) added a fourth-place performance of 13'00.25" in the pole vault for the Bantams.
