Roxbury, Mass. - The Trinity College men's indoor track and field team competed at the New England Open Championships this weekend at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center in Roxbury, Massachusetts. Bantam sophomore Joseph Ruggiero (Manchester, Conn.) turned in an impressive 16th-place finish in the 3,000-meter run, posting a finals time of 8:50.52. Trinity's 4x400-meter relay team, composed of junior captain Kyle Larsson (Franklin Lakes, N.J.), junior Daniel Hughes (Hagley, England), and sophomores Ben Feola (Woodbridge, Conn.) and Luke Mayer (Morristown, N.J.) finished in 20th place with a time of 3:28.69.
The Bantams wrap up the indoor season at next weekend's Last Chance Meet, hosted by Tufts University.
