Trinity Men's Cross Country Finishes 21st At James Early Invitational

Westfield, Mass. - First-year Patrick Hoagland (San Diego, Calif.) finished 85th with a time of 28:31.36 to lead the Trinity College Bantams to 21st in the team standings at the James Early Men's Cross Country Invitational this afternoon in Stanley Park.  Trinity finished with 588 points, which was one behind 20th-place Fitchburg State and two better than 22nd-place Colby-Sawyer.  Middlebury won the event with 23 points.  Sophomore Brendan Gauthier (South Windsor, Conn.) was Trinity's second-fastest finisher with a time of 29:07.26 in 108th place.
