  • Trinity Softball 2018 Season Recap
    June 11, 2018
    Hartford, Conn. – The Trinity College softball team, led by Caitlin Hitchcock (16th season), put together another successful season as the Bantams reached the post-season for the third consecutive spring. The Bantams finished the year with a 17-14 overall record and reached the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Championship Tournament as the No. 3 seed in the East Division while seeing a number of strong performances along the way.

The Bantams improve to 15-11 on the year and 4-3 in conference play while the Mules fall to 2-20 overall and 0-7 in league action.

    Hartford, Conn. - Sophomore Nikki Anderson (Dunbarton, N.H.) went 2-for-2 with a double and ended the game with a bases-loaded walk to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 5-4 win in eight innings over the Hamilton College Continentals in softball action this afternoon.  Trinity, which dropped the first game, 9-7, move to 12-6 while Hamilton is now 8-12.
