Royals Completes Women's Hoops Career As Trinity's Sixth All-Time Leading Scorer
Hartford, Conn., August 14, 2012 –The Trinity College women's basketball team, coached by Wendy Davis (7th Season), finished the 2011-12 season with a record of 10-14 and tied for eighth in the NESCAC at 3-7. The Bantams qualified for the NESCAC Championship Tournament for the fourth consecutive season, and for the eighth time in the last ten years.

Amherst, Mass. – The Trinity College Bantam women’s basketball season came to an end this afternoon with a 94-59 road loss to the Amherst College Lord Jeffs in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Championship Quarterfinals. Trinity, seeded No. 8 in the tourney, finishes 2011-12 with a 10-14 record after its second consecutive loss to Amherst in the NESCAC Quarters.
