Trinity Bests Bowdoin In Women's Ice Hockey For Second Time This Season

Hartford, Conn. – Sophomore forward Hannah Harvey (Silverthorne, Colo.) scored two goals to give the Trinity College Bantams a 4-1 victory over the visiting Bowdoin College Polar Bears in New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) women’s ice hockey action this evening at Williams Rink.





Trinity comes off another excellent season, finishing 13-10-2 and hosting its second straight playoff game. The team competes in NESCAC, which offers one of the most challenging women's ice hockey schedules in the country. Head Coach Andrew McPhee, the 2008 NESCAC Coach of the Year, has continued to build the program each season and looks forward to building on its appearances in the NESCAC Championship Tournament in 2005, 2007, 2008, and 2009.
