Trailing, 2-1, early after back-to-back Eph goals by senior Emily Whicker (Potomac, Md.) and junior Stephanio Gallo (Manhasset, N.Y.), Trinity rattled off the next nine goals for a 10-2 lead at the break.  Sophomore midfielder Caroline Hayes (Greenland, N.H.) started the 9-0 run with a free-position goal 7:27 into the game, and Hildebrand fed first-year attacker Molly Cox (Norwell, Mass.) for a goal 13 seconds later before scoring her first of the game from senior tri-captain midfielder Megan Leonhard (Summit, N.J.) for the third Bantam tally in a 28-second span.

Gallo ended a 26:33 scoring drought for Williams 19 seconds into the second half, but Hildebrand answered from Hayes, and Leonhard added to more scored moments later to make the score, 13-3, in Trinity's favor with 22:21 left in the game.  Williams scored the last three goals of the contest to pull the Ephs to within seven points at 14-7 when the clock ran out.

Trinity finished with a 25-12 shot advantage, including a 16-6 edge in the first half, while Williams committed 34 fouls to just 18 for the Bantams.  Trinity senior tri-captain Olivia Whitney (Danvers, Mass.) and Eph junior Ali Pilch (Bryn Mawr, Pa.) made four saves in each in goal, while Leonhard registered three ground balls and three caused turnovers for the Bantams, and junior midfielder Rebecca McGovern (Weymouth, Mass.) notched three ground balls, four draw controls, and two caused turnovers for Williams.  Leonhard added a hat trick plus an assist offensively, while Hayes finished with two goals, one assist, and a team-high four draw controls, and senior attacker Hadley Duncan (Rye, N.Y.) scored twice for the Bantams.  Whicker joined Gallo with two goals for the Ephs.
