Trinity Women’s Rowing Leads Strong Field in Four-Boat Race

Worcester, Mass. - The Trinity College women's varsity eight crew finished first in a four-boat race on Lake Quinsigamond this morning against Smith College, College of the Holy Cross, and Mount Holyoke College.  The Bantams, ranked No. 3 nationally, finished 10 seconds ahead of second-place Smith, ranked No. 7 in the nation, and 11 seconds ahead of Division I Holy Cross.  Trinity's third varsity eight took first and second varsity eight took second to round out the results from this morning's races.
