    Hartford, Conn. – The Trinity College women's rowing team, coached by Heather Barney (1st season), had a successful year on the water in 2016-17. During the fall season, the Bantams had strong showings at the Head of the Riverfront Regatta and the Quinsigamond Snake Regatta. In the spring, the varsity eight finished 14th in the New England Rowing Championships and 16th in the grand final of the National Invitational Rowing Championship Regatta.
