Gould Clinches Women's Tennis Win Over Brandeis


Hartford, Conn. -Senior co-captain Sarah Gould (Longmeadow, Mass.) posted a 6-2, 6-2 triumph at No. 3 singles in the clinching match, as the Trinity College Bantams edged the visiting Brandeis University Judges, 5-4, in women's tennis action this afternoon.  Trinity improves to 7-2 with its second win in as many days, while the Judges fall to 8-4.  Gould also teamed with fellow senior co-captain Amanda Tramont (Miami, Fla.) for an 8-3 triumph at first doubles for the Bantams to pull Trinity within a point at 2-1 after doubles play.
