Trinity Women's Tennis Enters National Top 25 For First Time This Spring
Hartford, Conn. - The Trinity College Bantam women's tennis team, which finished 2011-12 with a 10-6 overall record and 4-3 mark against NESCAC teams, has entered the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) National Top 25 as the No. 19-ranked team in the country. The Bantams, coached by Wendy Bartlett (27th Season), closed the yearon May 4 with a 6-0 loss to No. 4-ranked Middlebury in the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Championship First Round. Trinity also jumped to No. 8 in the ITA Northeast Regional Rankings.
