Trinity Women’s Track and Field Competes In UMass Spring Meet

Amherst, Mass. - The Trinity College Bantam women's track and field team finished tied with Amherst College for eighth place in the University of Massachusetts Spring Meet this weekend.  Four of the participating schools compete at the Division I level. 

Sophomore Laura Komarek (Plymouth, Minn.) highlighted the meet, finishing third in the discus throw (32.64 m) and fourth overall in the shot put (11.94 m).  Sophomore Monete Johnson (Dorchester, Mass.) finished fifth in the shot put (11.07).
