Trinity Women's Throwers Earn All-ECAC Women's Track Honors
Springfield, Mass. - Sophomores Laura Komarek (Plymouth, Minn.) and Monete Johnson (Dorchester, Mass.) finished third and seventh, respectively, in the shot put, as the Trinity College Bantams came in 30th place in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Springfield College this afternoon. Komarek recorded a distance of 41'05.00" and Johnson tossed the heavy ball 38'08.75", as both earn All-ECAC honors.
