Trinity Volleyball Falls To Tufts In Final Match Of The 2008 Season

Middletown, Conn. - Freshman Jennifer Low (San Francisco, Calif.) totaled 23 assists and a pair of aces, as the Trinity College Bantams closed the 2008 season with a 3-0 loss to the Tufts University Jumbos this afternoon at Wesleyan University.  The Bantams end the 2008 campaign with a 13-12 record. 

Trinity hung tough with the Jumbos, falling, 25-23, and, 26-24, in the first two games, but Tufts pulled away in the third game, 25-10.  Fellow rookie Emily Guthorn (Huntington Beach, Calif.) added a team-high eight kills, and freshman Sarah Blagden (Charleston, S.C.) recorded 13 digs.
