Trinity Volleyball Splits On Opening Day Of Continental Classic

Clinton, N.Y. - Sophomore OH Hannah Brickley (Melrose, Mass.) had nine kills and four aces to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 3-0 victory over the Keuka College Storm in its opening match of the Continental Volleyball Classic at Hamilton College this evening.  The Bantams, who also suffered a 3-1 loss to the host Continentals in their second match tonight, are now 14-7.

Brickley also notched 15 kills in the Hamilton match, while junior OH Danielle Isaman (West Hartford, Conn.) added 20 kills, senior co-captain S Jen Low (San Francisco, Calif.) recorded 52 assists, and senior L Sarah Blagden (Charleston, S.C.) totaled 37 digs for the evening.  The Bantams will face Massachusetts College and Cobleskill State to complete its Classic play tomorrow at Hamilton.
