Trinity Volleyball Loses At Coast Guard

New London, Conn. -- Sophomore Nicole Johnson had 15 kills while freshman Keriann Mason added 14 kills and two blocks as the United States Coast Guard Academy Bears, ranked No. 8 in New England, ran its win streak to ten with a 3-1 win (21-25, 25-13, 25-18, 25-17) win over the visiting Trinity College Bantams volleyball action this evening.





Since it became a varsity sport in 1985, Trinity's women's volleyball program has earned the respect of the region's top teams. Consistently a contender for the post-season, the Bantams look to rise higher in the league standings under Head Coach Jen Bowman, who has guided two different teams to the NCAA Championships and the Bantams to the NESCAC Championships in three of the last four seasons.
