Cumberland, Maine - Senior co-captain Giselle Harrington (Warner, N.H.) finished 111th with a time of 24:38.6 to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a 22nd-place team finish in the NCAA Division III New England Regional Women’s Cross Country Championships at Twin Brooks Recreation Center this afternoon.

Trinity Women's Cross Country Places Seventh At Saratoga Invitational

Saratoga Springs, N.Y. - Senior co-captain Giselle Harrington (Warner, N.H.) finished 25th with a time of 19:26.96 to lead the Trinity College Bantams to seventh place as a team in the women's race at the Saratoga Cross Country Invitational at Saratoga Spa State Park this afternoon.





The Trinity cross country program, under 17-year Head Coach George Suitor, has achieved elite status in New England. Both the men's and women's teams have carried their success into the millennium.  The men's squad competed in the 2000, 2006, 2008, and 2009 NCAA National Championships and boasted the NCAA Individual Champion in 2002. The women's team qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships in 2002 and 2003 and finished as the National Runner-Up in 2003. Since 1990, the men's and women's teams boast 10 All-Americans and 24 All-New England runners.
